Since 2017, Novelis has applied new technologies to its clients' business challenges. That work, spanning automation and artificial intelligence research, led in 2026 to LeBrain, the enterprise AI platform we develop and market.

Novelis pairs its process expertise with process intelligence, intelligent automation, the latest advances in AI, innovative architecture and cybersecurity. This combination lets us deliver solutions built on leading-edge technology and a deep understanding of how processes work.

Our mission is to transform business efficiency through innovation. With AI, intelligent automation and process intelligence, we reshape our clients' operations, boost their performance and unlock their growth.

To meet these needs, we built an ambitious research and development lab, and we invest 25% of our revenue in research. LeBrain was born in this lab.

    May

    The lab publishes its white paper, From RPA to Governed Agentic AI.

    June 18

    LeBrain launches at a preview evening: the enterprise AI platform developed by Novelis.

    Ecosystem

    Novelis becomes an official member of Hub France IA, France's leading artificial intelligence association.

    Partnership

    Novelis becomes an SS&C Blue Prism Gold Global Partner.

    April to June

    Novelis opens two new offices, in New York and Munich.

    January

    Novelis is recognized for employee well-being at work.

    Novelis launches its corporate philanthropy initiatives.

    Novelis earns ISO 27001 certification.

    Novelis opens an office in Lyon.

    The lab places 2nd in the international SPIDER challenge, alongside leading AI players.

    Novelis unveils its new brand identity.

    December

    1st place in the CodeXGLUE challenge, run by Microsoft, for generating Java code from natural language.

    January

    New partners join, and employees can now become shareholders.

    Growth

    Novelis opens a second office in Morocco, in Rabat, and now has 50 employees.

  9. 2018
    January

    Novelis opens its first office in Morocco, in Oujda.

    February

    Novelis launches a business unit dedicated to automation and operational efficiency technologies.

    September

    Novelis founds its research lab with École polytechnique.
